Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all highly efficient and friendly, they could not do enough to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention to our driver Chinju, who showed us around and helped us carry out an auspicious function. He made everything go smoothly and there was nothing for us to worry about. The hotel is in a prime location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Munnar hills. This is a hotel where once you leave, you know you will definitely be back. Everything about the place was serene and relaxing. David is a wonderful host, and we enjoyed chatting with him about his experiences in our country, Ireland. Anish was extremely helpful, especially on arrival after our long journey. We did kayaking, and canal tour from the accommodation and really enjoyed these. The location is sublime...right on the river. I'll never forget that sunrise. We enjoyed a delicious home-cooked dinner on the deck. Just book it!!
